Welcome to The Laser Vet Nurse

We provide Class IV K-Laser Therapy to animals at locations across the North-West of England. Our treatments help to manage a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions including muscle and nerve pain, arthritis, soft tissue injuries, post surgical treatment and wounds.

Conditions We Treat

Arthritis & Joint Pain

Laser therapy reduces inflammation, relieves pain, and improves joint mobility for pets with osteoarthritis or degenerative joint disease.

Post-Surgical Recovery

Speeds healing of surgical sites, reduces swelling, and eases discomfort after procedures such as soft tissue or orthopedic surgery.

Soft Tissue Injuries

Supports the repair of muscles, tendons, and ligaments, including sprains, strains, and torn tissue.

Wound Healing

Accelerates the repair of cuts, abrasions, and surgical wounds by increasing cellular regeneration and circulation.

Spinal & Nerve Pain

Helps manage discomfort caused by back injuries, slipped discs, or nerve inflammation, promoting improved mobility and comfort.

General Pain & Mobility Support

Laser therapy can assist older pets or those with chronic conditions to maintain activity levels, reduce stiffness, and enhance quality of life.

What our clients say

Gillian Linnard

Teddy had K laser therapy four years ago after cruciate surgery. Now his other leg is showing signs of deterioration I knew I wanted to try k laser again to promote healing. We are 2 sessions in to our course of 6 and Teddy is already moving more easily. The added benefit of a home visit means Teddy is more relaxed and I don’t lose time in my working day travelling to a clinic. Fantastic service.

My name is Gemma, and I’ve been a qualified Veterinary Nurse since 2011. Over the years, I’ve worked in practice with countless animals struggling with pain related conditions, and one thing has always inspired me — helping pets live their happiest, most comfortable lives.

Alongside my veterinary nursing my passion is rehabilitation and pain management. I’ve seen first-hand how conditions like arthritis, post-surgical recovery, and mobility challenges can affect both pets and their families. That’s why I chose to specialise in K-Laser therapy — a safe, effective, and drug-free way to reduce pain, speed up healing, and give animals the quality of life they deserve.

As The Laser Vet Nurse, my goal is to provide a gentle, stress-free service tailored to each pet’s needs. Whether in clinic or at home, I create a calm environment where pets can relax and owners feel confident their companions are in safe, experienced hands.
